We have 3.75 donums of land with two log cabins overlooking the old harbour at Kaplica on the beautiful North East coast of North Cyprus. The land sits directly below Kantara Castle with views up to it and the mountains, to the north the sea is only 100metres away with 3 sandy beaches closeby.

We would like to realise 110k but are open to negotiation.

Please come and view and share a beer or two.

Being dog lovers we could be interested in this what status is the land and du you have a valid business licence for the kennels please ?

The land is TRNC Government Title. Yes we do have valid business here but neighbour does not like dogs, hence for sale. Sorry.

I had the pleasure of staying in one of Penny's cabins a few weeks ago. Idyllic location, beautiful views, fantastic diving/snorkelling and very peaceful.



Well worth a look if any of the above qualities are what you are after.

5,000tl includes canopy, rod holder, winter boat cover and if you moor it in Kaplica no mooring fees. It is 3 years old and registered in Girne till Dec 31st. At present out of water for winter on our land. No trailer though.

There are plans already drawn up by a registered architect for a two storey, 3 bedroom villa for this site. Includes 2 bathrooms, kitchen/breakfast area 24 sq metres, utility/washing room, entrance hall, 45 sq metre lounge, 62 sq metre open roof terrace with harbour view. Total covered area 206 sq metres.
