Anybody have a UK telephone number for Olaytrans?

Hi all,



I am trying to get quotes for moving our belongings to the TRNC in January 2011. I have emailed Olaytrans on 3 different email addresses with no response. I thought I might get a response if I telephoned them.

We used them but don't have their UK phone number. Their email we have is olaytrans@olaytrans.com and the phone number is (009) 0392 3653430 (that of course is in TRNC) - I know they advertise in the Cyprus Today so maybe there will be another number in there.

Not what you want but at least some choice - you probably know that there seems to be little other information out there for them - not like Valentines or Euromed.

We used Olay Trans when we moved out here 3 years ago and found them very efficient - were chosen by our UK removal firm.



They advertise in the Cyprus Today and the phone number is as you have: 0090 0392 3653430

E.mail: olaytrans@olaytrans.com



We did not have a UK number for them - always phoned N.Cyprus if we needed to contact them prior to moving.

Very efficient they may be - but they efficiently lost my goods when I left TRNC.

I asked for a quote back in september, they said they would get back to me. No one came back, I e-mailed them - no reply. I came across to pack up in October. I organised with Jo Valantine who was very good and answered all calls and e-mails.



On the Thursday before I flew back to england on the Saturday, Olaytrans phoned me in cyprus to say that their people were on the way to bring me packing boxes and would pick up the goods on Friday !!!! They never even gave me a quote !!!! When I pointed this out they said " Oh you dont want to ship your goods this week then "

I have just spoken to Hurmus she has asked "Can you please ask them to e-mail me olaytrans@olaytrans.com or send me their e-mail address to my mobile 00905338625256 so I can send an e-mail to them.."

That is the same email i used when they moved us over 8 years ago and i never had a problem with getting replies. They gave a very good service and we have remained friends since then.
