| We have friends looking to rent long term from around spring next year. They are over for 10 days at the moment and are wondering what sort of rent approximately they should expect to pay.
They have checked out a few agencies who do not have anything in Catalkoy so was wondering if anyone is looking to rent out direct or can recommend a good agency that may be able to help.
Any advise much appreciated.

| We have a three/four bed villa with an acre of land with views of the mountains and sea in Catalkoy. The price would include pool maintenance and a gardener. If you are interested please e-mail us in UK at steve.wheeler98@ntlworld.com so that we could arrange an immediate viewing. |

| If there is no private rentals in Catalkoy! is there anyone who can reccomend a good letting agency for long term rental please.

| Villa 4 bedroom, fantastic view. Pool. Extreemly cosy place. Walk to beach. Close Esentepe.
Not expensive.
