I have heard that Kemal Ozerce owner of Carpenters and Pomodou pizza place has been selling same property to two different buyers...legal proceedings have commenced...can anyone confirm this?

Lets have facts in future and not rumours.

If you are not sure of a subject find out FIRST, and once your are 100% certain you are correct then double check and then, and only then, post on CYP44.

My friend (British) went into partnership with this young man and was foolish enough to think that he could be trusted. All went well for 3 years and then the young man in question thought he could get richer by helping himself to the company's assetts to finance other sites (and a house for himself). Naturally, my friend caught him out and was devastated, the young man would have been a millionaire within 5 years by playing straight.



Anyway, this has been going through the courts now for over 2 years, the courts here allowed my friend to freeze the company's assetts so no further funds could be removed.



He is now the sole director and will wind up the company as soon as possible.



This he will not do until everyone he built for has their deeds, he is an honourable man.



Pomodoro was opened using some of these funds allegedly. I will never understand why fraud is not a criminal offence here unless it is a Cypriot who is the victim.

He changed his mobile phone last year. Ppl do not buy any property from him, he is shamless!!!!
