Hi, Firstly there is not a problem with any of our sites, Harmony 4 site in Karsiyaka is being worked on daily and Gemma's property has had her roof completed this week and her ceramics are being started within the next 10days. We do not think it is right that people on cyprus44 are gossiping about us, when they are not aware of all the facts. All of our sites are currently being worked on daily, Harmony 2, 3 and 4 and Zeytinlik apartments are being completed in the next 2months. We are more than happy to answer any questions you have on any of our sites or if you would like to visit them and see the working progress thats not a problem. On Monday i personally will be going to site and i will place photographs on this website proving to you all that work is happening. Gossiping on this island is not a good thing, and gossips on this websites do not help businesses like ourselves or other companies. If you have any questions on any matter please do not hesitate to contact me on 0090 542 882 1869 or on our email address. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Firat Yildirim Director Boyut Construction

Well put Firat, Gossip is a very dangerous thing and it is usually being carried out by a very small minority of the people here and in the UK. Again I say that some people have BIG problems which must be addressed and pursued vigourously, but the gossip mongers on this and other boards need to get a life, ask themselves if they REALLY have big problems (doubtful) or have they got nothing better to do than sit at their computers thinking of what they can post next, and whose feathers they can ruffle, but they are the real saddo's Keep up the good work

hi punk rocker---- Gemma is most definitely not a saddo !! I agree with you Gossip is no good to man or beast. Sometimes though the truth needs to be aired and finding it is very hard. People buying on this site need a voice on the ground. We have been up in the air for two years. After all I only asked for any buyers to contact me, was this so very wrong.

Gemma You have my support. I am suspicious of why 'Boyut' is so sensitive and as you say 'what gossip'? My experience of this forum is that people will give praise where it is due, are quick to spot unfounded rumour but equally will tell it like it is (or some will, others I suspect are too frightened to speak out).

I agree with Hector. Gemma did not say there was any problem and Boyut seems to be over sensitive to this issue. So over sensitive as to lead us to believe that there is in fact a problem.

Hi PIPIE, I don't think that anyone has been 'hounded'... Also, if you demand the right to freedom of speech, then surely everyone else is allowed to say what THEY think also (even Boyut). You don't have to agree with them, take any notice of them, or even read their posts, but do you really want to limit their right to express their feelings or views? There was, on the face of it, nothing in this thread to provoke such a strong reaction from BOYUT, and I was inclined to dismiss it as over-reaction - but then I realised that BOYUT may have been referring to the previous thread which was referenced in message 2 of this thread. A lot of good, usefull information is passed on by means of these message boards, but there is also a lot of misinformation, speculation and idle gossip. I'm glad that I don't run a business here, and have to contend with the potentially damaging speculation! However, in the interests of freedom of speech, both sides will, as always, continue to 'freely' air their opinions. Keith.

Dear all, Thank you for your comments on this thread. Firstly i would like to clear the air with our customer Gemma, we were not accusing her of saying there was a problem or bringing up gossip, on that matter i hope she would accept our apology. But the fact of the matter is by bringing up a thread marked BOYUT BUILDERS and URGENT as the title can give the impression of a problem, also by bringing up this thread brings back past thread such as message 2. Which in the past threads have been lies and gossip which is not good for people to hear/read. I agree that everyone is within rights of freedom of speech but we would prefer if people have a problem or in Gemmas case just wanted to find some of her neighbours would you please be kind enough to put the matter in different ways instead of old gossip being brought up. We are more than happy to answer any questions and our office is always open for people to come and see us. As promised later on today photographs should be taken of our sites and they will be attached to this thread to show the progress. Please contact us if you have any questions and i just hope this brings the matter to an end, and also brings the end to gossip about Boyut. Thanks Firat Yildirim Director Boyut Construction

olddog the site that you have visited is being worked on daily..... And correct me if i am wrong but i am in contact with your friends regarding the current situation with the build. The orignal delay on site was due to the government rearranging the siteplan at the last minute and since then we have been working on site. I am more than happy to have a meeting with you on site on behalf of your friends, or even just for peace of mind to yourself. you can contact me on info@boyutconstruction.com or 0533 841 5752. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Firat, You are still partner in Sahara Development (?) and you still sale appartments from this company...? So, can you tell me about the situation on the building site Oasis in Alsancak. Are they still working? When will this site completely be finished? Thanks for your advise.

Is this the same Mr Boyut ? who have clients in Karsiyaka, who bought homes and signed contracts which stated that the properties would be kept free and clear of debt until transfer of title, only to find that fund had been raised on their property, and that unpaid debts to TRNC banks make transfer impossable

Just another example of the state of play of the TRNC building industry and the dangers of buying here.

I am a very patient person but I will not allow anybody to mess about with me for too long. I will sort out Boyut in court personally. As most of you know I have a collection of seven speeding tickets but no action so far and I was getting upset that I have been away from courts for too long. Now I found myself another opportunity, see http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/25078.asp Good luck to Boyut. ismet
