Hello suehowlittle Your post is certainly pertinent as there are a fair number of such people on TQB but is seems as if that is OK for pipie to accept as long as she can keep bashing someone who has had nothing commercially to do with her site for well over 18 months, yes it is hard when you have non payers, you can not keep a place in pristine condition, and even when some of them are non payers like you know who they have the absolute cheek to criticise the fact that all is not to their liking, however the birds will come home to roost. Hope you can get a solution with the new law it will probably help, Sienna, Millzer and Elko 2 can possibly give guidance on this. John

Keeping on track. Lynx are managing to collect over 75% of maintenance payments . Well done lynx . Lynx inherited problems plus foundation site issues, anyone familiar with complexes know that these take time to fix . As soon as these are sorted Turquoise bay will see Lynx work on the cosmetic work. Lynx have also managed to put a committee so all in all not bad for a management company that have been in situ for a short time. Seems ok by me !!

Please give straight answers to these straight questions Please explain to everyone EXACTLY what problems Lynx inherited that are taking over 16 months to fix, please EXPLAIN what foundation site issues require fixing ? Please do tell where you are privvy to information that shows in excess of 75% collection rate, and please do not say it's on their website as the information there suggests a much lower rate of under 68% and the collections to expenditure ratio is showing a large defecit, and if people have paid anything between 3 & 12 months in front then in a few months time there is going to be once again no money in the pot so once again Lynx wont be doing anything except putting in some cuttings. Please also explain why you are now accepting the fact that there is a committee in place that was not constitutionally elected by the owners but put in place by Lynx with no consultation.

Please also answer how you think that lynx have acchieved these things in such a short time ?? they have been as you say in 'situ' almost twice as long as their predecessors, and there are still only 2 pools up and running even when YOU said a number of months ago that the third one would be up and running 'next week' We await your direct answers to the direct questions with interest

Learning from it !! dont make me laugh the only thing you can learn from reading this dribble is how to go over the same thing over and over again trying to put each down as often as possible.

Agree with billybob....very interesting reading. No doubt both pipie and johndp are correct as to the running of TQB, as they look at the facts in a different way, so it becomes a matter of opinion. The main issue seems to be (and always will be) the non payers. Without 90+% of owners paying you are struggling no matter who the Management Company is. Instead of all this fighting they should get together and try and put in place methods to solve the problems. Not easy. Michael

cooper I have no wish to offend anyone but this is supposed to be a forum where things are discussed and we need to get to the truth here, much as it may be to your dismay, however you are not being forced to open up the thread, please therefore as you now know its content just ignore it that way you wont give yourself any more unnecessary stress

CJTILL many thanks for your positive input, it is more than just trying to get the place going forward though, it is the continued inuendo that pipie has been putting round without answering direct questions, she continually makes up things and says things without one iota of backup and then when asked to give direct answers she totally avoids or ignores the thing, the complex will never move forward till all that stops.

The other board has come up with a sugestion to help the site which I think is a good un it will be interesting if there is much or any uptake. Something else, we could do with more info coming from the commitee and the m/c Am also looking forward to answers to messages 4 & 6 might help me to understand. I read the e-mail on the private forum from pipie and she is blaming the present m/c for the same things she fell out with the last lot for, really cant understand the woman ??

Either you apologise for this johndp or you will get no more responses from me . Very cheap way to advertise this rubbish Glencoe site if you have to resort to mistruths.
