she won't eat the cheaper ones here and friskies etc here are more expensive so felix from the south is the only option. 30 tins will last nearly 2 months.

so if anyone can help i'd be so grateful and so would my cat!

thanks

I will be going on around the 22nd November and again in December (close to Christmas) I could get you some then although if I got caught with them you would have to take the loss - sorry but as you know they can be funny about stuff like that.

You can contact me on travelbugs22@aol.co.uk and I will let you have my number if you want, I have a cat myself and he is really funny about what he eats too. I live in Catalkoy.

Have you not thought about walking through to Debenhams supermarket and getting some there? Just a thought if you are desperate.

Denise have you tried cooking your own cat food.

Boil up some chicken livers in a chicken oxo, (easy to chop when cooked) add a few cups of bulgar wheat. Bring it back to the boil and then turn it off and let the wheat soak up the juice. Stick it in a tupperware in the fridge. You can do the same with the cheapo tins of tuna too.

My dearly departed cat loved it and now I dont buy tinned food for my dog either.

Got to be worth a try its SO much cheaper.

thanks everyone someone has kindly contacted me and are going tomorrow.

i have walked over before and brought it back but it took 3 of us to carry 25 tins, it's not easy and when i only get 1 day off there just isn't the time.

Vidal i will try your recipe she loves chicken livers and has them occassionally but i couldn't give her liver every day as it'll give her the runs but it could work well in-between and make the cans last longer. i'm sure if she won't eat it my dog will! in fact i'll try it on him as a change as well.

thanks
