i have received an e-mail from my solicitors stating that my PTB has been granted but they cannot proceed as the amalgamation of the land has not been completed by the land registry and it is the vendors responsibility , can anyone explain what this means while i wait for a reply from my solicitors .cheers

Same old story. TRhen it'll take them a year to put your name on the kocan.I think they're hoping for reunion the all properties not entered in anybodies name can be handed back to the greeks with no fuss. Well not a lot. Same boast friend this is not a snide snipe.
