there is no builder the properties are finished apart from the electric and roads .. we have one and have been living on site for 3 years already . the title deeds will be transferred on electric completion hence the need to sell one more house . huge plots with great potential with a few personal touch,s. in fact anyone wanting to know more can also contact me .. nemomaintenance@yahoo.co.uk the land owners a nice guy and he still holds the deeds not the original builder

Now you have the funds to complete the site could you please keep us up to date as to when electric, parcelisation, deeds etc.. is in place. We have friends who loved the site but understandably were not willing to purchase until the above is completed. They will be here in april. Thankyou.

racoonchic thanks for the update but they will not purchase until the above is in place. Please post when you have electric, parcelisation has taken place and when one foreigner on your site has got title deeds then they will know that they are obtainable although they realise that they will have to wait for there own ptp.
