| If I pay for a house and later on find that I cannot get a PTP what happens next? Do I have to sell the property? Is it even mine to sell? On what ground are PTPs refused? Is there an appeals procedure? |

| Hi Neil27 Its very rare for permission to be refused. Normally its only refused if the property overlooks a military base or you have a serious criminal record in your Country of residence. If permission is refused you will still be able to sell the property but only to a Turkish Cypriot. I would suggest you speak to your solicitor as you are paying them for their professional advice.
