I think It's the second biggest flag but because North Cyprus is unrecognized country and not part of EU , so it's not considered or accepted to enter into world record.

Part of the problem is that it is not actually a "flag" it is a representation of one in painted stones, for the Guinness world record it has to be fabric based.

That's what I thought as well.. Some source says in Azerbaijan, some says in Israil.. That's why I was confused
