| Hi all,,,anyone give any advice on the following,,,Neighbour of ours has recently been divorced, part of her settlement is the villa they owned here, she needs to have his name removed from the contract to enable her to sell it next time she comes over here. No deeds yet but they are imminent, can she go to the trnc offices in london with her ex to complete this paperwork (he is willing to do this) and will it then be accepted here at the point of sale, thanks ,,,Tom |

| I don't think it is as simple as that, I am sure an advocate would need to be involved with of course a fee. I am sure this will have happened before and you will get the answer shortly. The butlers wife |
