| depends on size of property being offered but would probably look to purchase one property unles a project with more than one unit is available. |

im not sure of the rented market in the TRNC, but you would have to move out if you were in UK with two months notice. |

location of property
price agreed in principle at outset
amount paid to date
has cost changed
how long has the devepment been going
when was the original completion date
were you offered any title deeds.
