Please read the article carefully.I know what the headlines say but the artile says the police officer said He has been charged with collecting money without authority from TRNC.HE DOES NOT say he has been charged with Defrauding colleagues of money .There is a difference. By the way all the best to Carl and his family.The people that know,know you did not defraud them.Best of luck Carl and see you soon mate

To be fair the paper didn't say he had been charged with fraud so why would they make a retraction? He is in police custody until Monday according to the article, presumably whilst investigation and interviews continue and presumably will appear in court again then.

I would just like to thank everyone for their support on this thread it is much appreciated and shows us, HIS family that not all people are quick to judge. Oh and he hasnt been charged with anything. Yes he is back in court next week so all we can do is hope and pray. Again thankyou... x
