Internationally qualified and certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher starting classes on MONDAY 22.11.10



Traditional Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) to rejuvenate, cleanse and strengthen mind ,body and soul.



Pranayama (breathing exercises), QiGong (ancient chinese healing art), Relaxation and Meditation are also fused within the class, encouraging the body and mind to relax and heal. Ultimately this ensures that every part of your being is restored to vital health.



Location - MANOYLA HOTEL in LAPTA



Times - Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings @ 8.15 - 9.30 am

Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 7.15 - 8.30 pm



Prices - 18 tl per class



Who are the classes for?

All levels.

Yoga is for everyone irrespective of your age, religion, physical ability etc.

went to the first class on tuesday at the manoyla and really enjoyed it

i have done yoga for years but not in the last 6 years the teacher was excellant telling you when to breath in and when to breath out to help the position you need to reach also giving you an explanation of the health benifits of each position

i will definatley be going back a hour and a bit to relax body and soul

sorry i missed the class on tuesday in lapta but i overdid things at your class saturday morning at Kozan starting time 9am the setting was great
