Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, available to rent on the seward side of Karsiyaka. Sleeps 6 Furnished to a high standard. Child friendly balconies. Lounge, Satellite TV, DVD Player, X Box 360, with games, Ipod with Bose dockig station, CD music system/radio, selection of books, board games. Wood Burner. All bedrooms 2 double and 1 twin have fitted wardrobes, aircon/heating. Master bedroom en-suite shower room, Satellite TV, DVD player. Family bathroom corner bath overhead shower. Separate Guest W.C. Kitchen, microwave, water cooler, fridge freezer, food processor, slow cooker, electric kettle, toaster, Etc. Poolside BBQ, sun loungers, double hammock, table and chairs. Roof terrace furniture, awning. All bed linen, towels, including beach towels. Many extras, Ninetendo DS, 2 personal DVD players, portable IPod speakers, Game Boy with games, very large selection of DVDs, safe, travel cot, high chair, mobile telephone with Turkcell Sim card. Pay as you go internet connection.
