| Anyone else having slow connection problems? All day today, emails, web sites etc. Phoned their No 0392 4440555 twice. Cut off twice after pressing 9 for English :-( Very unhappy Navek |

| Navek. All day filmon.com has been on in my office and apartment,so no connextion problems or slow internet here in catalkoy with nethouse. Have you got 1 of the new motorola units on your roof? Im still useing the old 1 |

| Hi zerochlor, As far as I know, I don't have the new Motorola unit, old one was replaced some time ago though. Might have to go on the roof with me hammer Hi DutchCrusader, Have had major problems all day, uploading photo's connecting to Nethouse web site even, over 2 minutes. Even tried a speed test while system was running slow, got this message... Now running a scan to see if it's a PC problem, only had the PC for about 9 days from new. Latency Test Error Latency test returned an error while trying to read the latency file. Haven't a clue what that means, and will not be spending any more time trying to find out :-( Navek |

| we have had same problem in karsiyaka with nethouse our speed is very very slow, they came out to fit new motorola antenna some weeks ago but said it was not compatable with something and speed would be better once they had erected new mast on the following tuesday. well, since then it has been pretty bad and nethouse not answering our emails so will have to pay them a visit showing the results of our speed tests as proof. karen |

| I had fitters come this week to replace the old roof box with the new Motorola unit, unfortunately they said it was not possible because we did,nt have line of sight from our place in Catalkoy to their one and only mast at Bellapais, I think there will be a lot of people fall into this catagory as we are well up the hill past the riding stables, so their mast must be quite low down.
