| Hello I am looking to purchase derelict Houses, and any off plan properties that are semi finnished and developers have strugled to complete or you the owner has had enough of waiting. Please reply by e mail to lastottoman@hotmail.com with pictures and site plans of any properties that may be for sale. all corespondance wiil be conducted in confidence. I posted two weeks ago and some people said that I was a greek looking to buy up cyprus? | It is a genuine request Ismet. He is from London and involved in real estate. Potential buyers like this can indeed help those who have half finished properties. The problem lies in whether he needs the Deeds and whether the original builders still exist or not, or are willing to transfer contractual obligations! | walkerscott thank you very much for your good research and support, depending on the size of any project would determine how many properties we could buy - we are NHBC registered developers here in the UK, and we have policies and procedures that we adhere to we operate a varied business where we also provide housing and care services to the elderly and vulnerable young. | We've had a part-finished 20-villa site near us, abandoned for 3 years, suddenly spring back into life. This suggests that some people think that the North Cyprus housing market, and therefore prices, is going to have a boost in the next 12 months. LastOttoman, must be one of those. |
