Our internet keeps dropping for 20 to 30 minute periods constantly throughout the day on numerous occasions. We are coming off the base station at the power station. Does anyone have the same problem in this area.

I am close to Esentepe and I think I am on the same base station but no problems.

I've been having problems too, emailed them on Saturday.

My connection speed did improve on Sunday, but patchy today,

but not been on too much today, as trying to catch up on Saturdays work in the garden,

that I could not do on Saturday, because I was wasting time trying to sort out our internet connection.



I phoned them twice, 0392 4440555, and been cut off even after pressing 9 for English.



Not sure what you can do, as the only other way to contact them is to visit them personally.



DutchCrusader has their Skype contact details, waiting for that too :-(

"Btw: you can often discuss a problem with the technicians in Lefkoşia via Skype (chat)."



You would think that Nethouse Networks could have a "Problem Page" on their web site, in English.

Tried to get into that as well, but gave up.

Same problems for me in Ozankoy. It has been going on for a month now.

I don't know which base station my signal comes from.

Thank you for all your replies.



I phoned them today whilst my internet was down and managed to get through very quickly. It seems there maybe a problem with my new motorolla box so they have informed me they will send an engineer out in the next couple of days.



I will let you know the outcome.............
