Please excuse my ignorance but what is the GSM number as I am trying to register with Turkcell to get bills online? Simple explanation would be appreciated. Thanks

The trouble is GSM stands for something in French, say Global Something Mobile. Well, not exactly something but something to stand for telecommunications.
