We made a visit there in early October to enquire about a Christmas Package - we were informed that they hadn't got a programme yet and to come back in November.

Went back in early November only to be told, hotel fully booked!!

How's that for good customer relations.

We must have been lucky as went in and booked on 6th November, just for 2 of us, was told that there were no seaview rooms as these had all been booked out in October.
