Anyone know the difference between Turkish Title Deeds and TRNC Freehold Deeds.

PTP, irrespective of whomsoever is/was the rightful owner of the property!

Turkish Title deeds are those on a house or land that was owned by a Turkish Cypriot prior to 1974 but which for the Govt's own reasons they are not issuing PTP's for unless you are a TC or Turkish. TRNC deeds are those issued for "exchange" land.
