Mr Spider when we first met took me to Malta for Christmas together, in a very festive stocking he gave me all the gold I never had one by one I opened my gifts. A cross and chain, a watch and a wonderful engagement ring, He asked me if I would marry him on the 1st of the 1st 2000..needless to say I said yes and we married 31.12.1999....as I was right the 1st would be a bank holiday !

He is the best in the world, and still continues to spoil me. and he is my ' Always and forever ' that was played on our wedding day. ))

Message 5 same as me. Christmas in New Zealand is great - especially when it's with a daughter, and grand kids!

blackie it was so wonderful,i cant tell you. when we get backand sadly we cant this year. i see him, then my other 3 in ewenny then to llannon to see the godkids. Now they speak to me in welsh. i love it. Can I tell you the best stort of all re oliver. You know im a soft touch with the cruelty of animals here, well just after we lost the brasserie a little mutt kept coming outside our gate. You couldnt beleive the size of this. At the time I had my staffi which i brought from wales and a boxer mixed, they would have thought i brought them breakfast. This went on for 2 days and i thought he wants to tell me something. So we went out and followed him to 15 puppies in dire straights. We had just lost our restaurant, no money then this comes into my life. I took the trays from the oven and cooked pasta everynight for them. 3rd night i find him with his stomach hanging out. To the vets, 20 minutes t death he said. He got him back to life. The reason Im telling you is that dog had parvo dest

sorry i write books, then destemper. Pertev my vet said let him go . I sais=d I love that boy back to life as i have a visitor for him. When my daughter and Oliver arrived it was hard but when he saw Blackjack the dog he was in another world. The dog who should have died 3 times and my oliver talking to him behind our lounge chair every minute. He loved him to bits. So if its the power of animals I do not know. That dog whom Im rescued didnt know a command in english as he spend his live with pertev came to life and turned out to be the most lovelist dog. Oliver rings to speak to him xxxxxxxxx

Bloody hell Lilli where do I start. Unfortunately my grand sons live in New Zealand, we speak regularly on Skype, but it's not the same as being there with them. I love to play with them, act stupid as granddads are meant to do.

Although not a pet lover. I hate cruelty to animals - it really upsets me. We have horses, and my son is a Farrier and I hear cruelty to animals all to frequently.

I'm really sorry that you have lost you brasserie.....that must have been hard. Was it because of the poor tourist numbers that find there way over there?

Distemper is bad n dogs...I'm glad yours survived.
