| Have you considered Palm Homes, Ladan Sovak Esentepe? It is a small complex of 20 villas, well built with really nice residents! Salih the builder has 2 3 bedroom villas left to sell. All complete with pool and ready to negotiate I should imagine! Cypus constructions is the company name. Good luck, I'm sure you will find something within your price range. |

| my friend has agreat one overlooking sea at alagadi , down from 165k to 135 k, due to personal circumstances .10k less than he paid .. its a steal i'm afraid |
