This does not sound like Digiturk. Digiturk does have several/many English or English enabling channels but the different packages cost depending what you want, they do not have BBC or ITV as far as I am aware (apart from BBC world)

Digiturk do have BBC and English programmes plus sports. problem is that there are a lot of repeats and those programes shown during the week are repeated at the weekend.

There are a lot of shows that are years behind, for example, Hells Kitchen which is on number 5 or 6 in the UK is on number 2 here.

Having said that at least you do get the programes with very little problems and reading the forums and seeing the complaints about other providers I will stick with Digiturk and I only have the basic subscription.

We have digiturk and the prices you quote should be in turkish lira - not pounds. We pay 23 TL per month for the basic package and then over winter, we upgrade to the family package, which costs approximately 45TL - can't remember exactly. There are a whole range of packages, as Pugwash suggests, which are different prices according to what you want.

We've never had any problems with it and you can change your package as and when it suits you. We have thought about changing, but again, as Carndi says, seeing the problems people have had with other providers, we have decided to stick with it.
