There is a big Lidl in Paralimni, go through Famagusta border crossing, head towards Paralimni, it is on main road on the right, a little further on left is Carrefour.

When coming from Metehan heading towards Orphanides or Ikea after Jumbo, you come to a roundabout where Metro is on the RHS and Avromides is on the LHS... turn right at this rounsabout and it takes you down to another 4 lane road and keep going straight on for about 2 km... then just after a church on the RHS you reach a roundabout, turn right and it's a few yards up on the LHS.



Coming out of Lidl you have to turn left, don't panic, turn left and then at the next traffic lights take a right and keep going it brings you out about half a km from the Metro again (you need to take the slip road off to the left to get back to the Metro roundabout).

Message 2: no, not correct. Heading towards Orphanides/The Mall, take a right turn at the roundabout where the Metro store is. Follow that road for about 2.5 kms until you come to a roundabout, turn right and you will see Lidl on your left. Don't know the whereabouts of the other one in Nicosia though but this one is possibly the closest to the border.

The empty field in the middle of the map is where the largest Lidl in Nicosia is..

For those who know Athienitis Supermarket,its about a Km down the road after Athienitis

Does any one know if they are importing frozen New Zealand lamb? We had a leg of their lamb last Christmas in the UK and it was fantastic flavour and a really great price.

The Kokkinotrimithia store in Nicosia is open Sundays, according to the website

Amongst the things they sell are Aromata brand freezer bags....

Really strong and good value at 2.39 Euros for 75 x 3 litre bags...
