I have just joined the forum and am really worried about all the negative vibes from you folk.It looks like it's going to cost much more than we initially thought and the standard of after care is poor.

I feel like selling but no-one would probably buy.

Sorry I forgot to say that our apt is at Crystal Bay Park.

I was feeleing quite smug that we hadn't encountered any problems like people buying in Spain etc.Know what they say "pride comes before!!!!!!!!!!

I'm away to greet into my coffee-too early for wine.

We are on Crystal Bay Breeze hence the handle. We took over our house in July. My best advice is that you should be prepared to spend a little on putting right the things which Evergreen have ignored or got wrong yourself.

If you take the view, as I did, that life is too short and the 100th unanswered e-mail isnt important any more, then when you sit in your own place finally the feeling you get makes all of it worthwhile. If you continue to expect professionalism and perfection then it will only be upsetting. Move on and I hope you soon have that magic feeling that we did.
