I am looking for a place in the town of Kyrenia, anywhere near to the Astro market or HSBC bank area... and must be 3 beds... not penthouse.. have bad knees.. too many stairs... not good...



Must also be long term.. minimum 12 months....

Furnished and white goods. Mature garden. Large brick storage shed. No pool, but there are many hotels nearby that you can use. 2 double bedrooms have en suites. You didn't mention who the occupants would be, no indoor smokers or young children (due to the delicate and expensive furnishings and art work) in the middle of Girne, right behind HSBC, the ocean is 500 feet away ,rooftop terrace is ocean view, has its own private garden and driveway two bathrooms one with a double shower, never been rented before. Seeing that you would want it for a long period we would have to have a chat about details.

It is secluded even though it is in Girne, on a very quiet street.

Sorry to sound harsh, but Travelor has made it quite clear, BY ASTRO or HSBC, ,some deperate people trying to rent out there, I thought it was only the builders that tried to pull the wool.

I see it must grow on one, after living there for a while.

Goodness gracious.... it was in September that I posted that request.... thought it strange to see it pop up again.... they say things move slow in Cyprus.....



It seems Kyrenia is expensive because of all the students from Turkey looking to rent... although lately I have seen plenty of empty apartments with signs still in the windows looking for tennants...



Typical rents I was quoted have been been upwards from 400 pounds a month, but if you shop around, you can find a good deal, with all facilities. Thanks to all who replied and hope you manage to find tennants.....



ps. I hear with the recession there'll be a lot of empty flats for rents this year.... seems the credit crunch has arrived in NCyprus....

I know you posted that message a while back - we have a 2 bed apartment in Yukari Girne (just past the Kingfisher shop) its unfurnished at the moment available asap long term for £250 per month - its 1st floor so no problem with too many stairs - if you are still looking let us know.
