Hi Mags

Good to hear from other Parkers A bit worried as I had only heard from Chris

We are in Block A penthouse which looks as if it will be last to be completed

Went over in May and was pleasantly surprised Hope to go back for New Year

if handover complete Dont have any concerns at the moment apart from last payment on handover with Vat & Electric charges No idea how much charge will be & what hidden extras there will be



Have friends living in Crystal Bay View who are very Happy
