I am looking for a Villa / Apartment min 2 bedrooms in Kyrenia town / area.

Secure / Close to amenities / Air Conditioning / Communial Pool / Balcony / Sun terrace / Close to sea.

Long Term Let - If the correct place & location I could then agree to a very Long Term Let.

Rent range - 300 - 400 GBP per month.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Alsancak/Lapta, close to local supermarket, on the Dolmas route. Very nice, has private roof terrace,pool, ac, few minutes from sea. Please call 0533 845 0962 if you would like to view it.

Hi My mate has apartment just off bellapias rd, his tenant has just moved out, got communal pool, 3 bed, not sure how much the rent is, but can find out for you. He goes back to UK tomorrow, but he will leave me with the key if you want to view it. 0533 832 3854 Brian.
