You have only until close of business Friday (4pm) to collect it because on Monday it will be sent away to the bank head office.



Mr Johnson/Johnston did not retrieve it quickly enough (or walked away and forgot it) from the ATM machine and it was swallowed up - sometime over the last 4 days.
