How is it possible to have a roll over at a bingo? Didiyou ran out of time? or is this different to what the Cypriots call "tombola"?

40 numbers were called on one card no one got all the numbers on one card so it rolls over to this week when 42 numbers will be called. and rolls over again until someone wins.
