There is a really good car accessory shop at the far end of Tin Pan Alley. I know its a long way from Alsancak if the car's not working but its worth remembering for future use.

Somewhere a little closer to Alsancak would be better, if not Tin Pan Alley it is.

Most of the larger supermarkets have car accessories, maybe Lemar? I know I have seen jump leads at a few places but of course because I have never needed them I can not remember which supermarket has them in stock.

On the main road in Alsancak (the Lapta/Girne road) there is a small place near the Friends Hotel on the same side of the road next to a car sales thing and Eton Laundry. They were selling fire extinguishers there so I would assume they may have other spares. Worth a try as it's not too far to go. It has a "Shell" awning outside if that helps.
