Who keeps wasting water at Dogankoy Church?

There has been some work done recently at Dogankoy Church namely the erection of a toilet block, new stonewalling and a spur has been taken off the main water pipe with a hose connected to it. The pressure coming out of this is really fierce as you can imagine.

However someone keeps turning on this hose & leaving it with the resultant waste of water. We have been turning it off since it has been installed it often looks like it has been running all night however the ravine has now been excavated so we cannot access it. This morning there is a huge fountain of water coming from that direction.

Whoever has been responsible for the recent works please can you get the on/off lever changed to a locked one to prevent this misuse of water.

Is there anyone living in Dogankoy who can go & turn this hose off please? It has been a fountain of water all day, I asked a friend to ring the Girne Belediyesi but obviously they cannot be bothered to come out.
