| anyone else lost their channels Showtime etc today, cannot contact Coldsat by phone, they told us they were a legitimate provider and we would not lose the channels on the 19th. - seems like that was wrong. |

| Hi macgiblet unless they have provided new with a new receiver and card - then you were always going to lose the channels as Showtime changed the encryption method - all customers in the areas they are supposed to cover would have had replacements Coldsat are 'grey-market' importer and rely on the person in the applicable Arab state who got the replacement receiver and card .. There is NO such thing as a legit provider if one is getting kit from outside the region it is intended for.. |

| Looks like DOPI did not have it sussed as only last week they were claiming. More lies? I hope all the users on this board took your advice and did not pay for a year up front Mr mmmmm. Sadly the single lady on a limited pension near us did not and has still several months to go as Namek (think that is what she called him) from DOPI seemed like such a nice man. |
