Hello, i was buying one of these villas a few years ago but changed my mind. At that time i was told by the agent who was Continental Estates salesman Sam Perry that the site was due for completion within around 18months and that the overhead power lines and pylons were due to be removed imminently by the relevant authority. Also that an improved road linking the site to the main coast road at Catalkoy was to be built. I've not been back for over two years now to have a look, have these things been done? Do any forum members own at Savyon Village and if so are they happy with the way things have gone since their purchase? Thanks.
