| Datman, you are wrong. Outback, Fronius, SMA, Victron all meet international (and EU) standards and they are availlable in TRNC since years. You just need to search a bit ;-) These brands are the most reliabble brands used in inverter installations. For chinese crap you dont need to search sooo long.. Nearly all TRNC electricians supply them for a few pennys. Regards HP |

| Are you looking to convert 12v to 210 or 110v - 220v or the other way round. There are many products available for any of thos options however id recomend if you buy one make sure you leave plenty of head room for spikes etc for example kettles than suddenly require a high draw can trip them out if your near your limit. Heres a good sit to see the range of home convertors http://www.dvdoverseas.com/voltage_converters.htm These are for 12v http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/TLINV1500.html Theres no harm in having more than ne but i would recomend if your running alot of equipent to gang two 12v batteries together to give you a little bit more play. I do not recomend the products above they are just to give you some direction. Work out how many wats you reaquire then ad atleast 30% MORE for peace of mind i have always doubled so the equipment doesnt work flat out all the time. |
