Planet dvd shop Alsancak (opposite Capitano Restaurant) sells faulty cd. They say this cd is Turkish but it' English! When we brought the CD back, she said with a very angry face that we could collect the correct CD in two days time. We went back to the cd shop two days later and she said "it's not ready"!! Is this a joke??

Well thats the first complaint i have ever heard about the DVD shop, I always find Sally tries really hard to satisfy customers. very occasionally you may get one that doesent work but replaced with a smile.

Pheraps you just caught her on a off day dont give up it really is a good shop.

I've been buying DVDs from the DVD Shop for years and never a complaint. I've had two dodgy DVDs and they were replaced. One she had to reburn and get a better copy which meant I had to wait. She was perfectly pleasant and polite about it, but I had to accept I would have to go back. I was happy to do that. I'd recommend that shop to anyone.

We buy our dvd's and cd's from there very helpful and accomodating will get you any dvd /cd and yes some days she is harrassed, but cut her some slack think of all the people she as to deal with, not all with smiley faces.

Sally in the DVD shop has always been helpful and obliging, I have brought far to many DVDs and only had 2 u/s ones which were re-placed with no probs, yes occassionly she is a little harrassed and doesn't know if she is coming,going or been there, can't we all get like that when busy.

I shall enjoy the series of Bones she has just struggled to make sure I have in time for christmas.

Jeannie, yes see your point, Ok I will try again, actually I am laughing to myself whilst I am typing. It must be the Christmas spirit, because last night I advertised a quiz and forgot to state the venue.



Right lets try agin. Great value and great quality DVDs, and Sally is always very helpful.
