Merry Christmas to all the people who lost loved ones this year, I was privileged to meet some of you and help care for your loved ones. So just to let you know that you and they are not forgotten.

Good post Chris. I hope you both have a peaceful xmas. I lost two very good friends this year, one in the last month. It always seems worse when you lose someone at this time of the year.

Hi Chris,just heard my Dad died yesterday,after a few years in a nursing home in UK

He was a great man,RAF for over 35 years.

And it would have been his birthday tomorrow,24th.

I'm a bit sad today

Mike I am so sorry to hear that....surround yourself with friends and raise a glass to a what I am sure was a great man...a fitting tribute I feel. I lost one of my sisters this year and I think about her a lot, probably more than when she was alive but I shall raise a glass to her and to my dear departed Mam on 25th.

Paul's Dad died earlier this year, aged 84. It would have been their wedding anniversary yesterday.



We'll be raising a glass to the memory of Eddie Wickenden this Christmas.

Chris you might remember that at the beginning of this year I went back home and with my two daughters held my Mothers hands as we kissed goodbye.As everyone knows never a day passes when our loved ones are not beside us through our tears and laughter,I thank my God for all the love my Mother gave and in stowed within me, through her love and guidance she taught me how to become a loving person.
