In all fairness to Kibtek the power cuts have decreased dramatically over the years. When we first came here the power was off more than it was on. We and many others would have been lost without generators..



Christmas day 2005 the power went off at 07.30 and didn't come on again until approx 1800hrs by which time anyone who had planned to eat dinner at home had to make other arrangements.
