Some one will be fretting over this cat does it have a collar ? is it male / female ? well fed ?

You could try calling the vets.They may have operated on it and may know the owner.

Where abouts is that?

My friend in Dogankoy has a black 3 legged cat, front leg missing, she is coming back from the UK tomorrow and friends have been feeding her cats.

Try Pertev the vet. He's not far from there and he had a three legged black cat. Maybe it wandered.
