of course, silly me, you don't need the '24' that's the Larnaca code, it's a mobile you are dialing, so just the 00357 and drop the mobile zero

All mobile numbers south side start with a 9 so don't drop any thing just 00 357 9 and the next 7 digits ;)

Mobiles in the 'rump' RoC can begin 99 / 97 ( Cyta) or 96 ( forget other codes ) MTN..



Like the UK they aren't city specific
