The Humax receiver is fantastic and will pull in a signal when others can't but..
if you want BBC / ITV you HAVE to have a 4.2m :(
With a SKY receiver ( subscription card / freesat card from SKY) you CAN get ITV using a well installed 1.8m off-set dish.. but the ITV is scrambled and won't show on the Humax
Most LNBs available for the UK market don't work well in Cyprus- they aren't sensitive enough... for example - in eight years no-one has beaten the INVACOM Quad - C-120 for 4.2m prime focus ( wok shape) dishes

ITV Meridien SE, N, W, Yorks E, Tyne Tees S, Central SW
As long as you have a working SKY sub card or FREESAT from SKY card you can add one of those regions |

now Yorks W, Tyne Tees N Meridian S and E, Anglia S .. !!
changed in early November - BBC1 West is now on same freq as London and N.Ireland has 'gone' from Cyprus... |
