Normally we would use Expat Shield but that doesn't seem to be working at the moment, does anyone know of any other free apps similar to this?

I've also heard about UK proxy's. Not sure if they are the same type of thing.

this is the same site as ex pat shield you have to uninstall ex pat shield first to be able to down load hotspot
