I phoned Nethouse service department due to problems with our wireless connection. Signal strength excellent so I was told a technician would come to the house likely tomorrow. 40 minutes later, technician has arrived and solved the problem.

I have had LOADS of problems the past two weeks with national companies jerking me around with the typical, "We'll be there in one hour" and still have not shown. It feels great to give a shout-out finally to a company that exceeding my expectations. Thank you, Nethouse. May you have a prosperous new year.

Once you manage to get through to customer services(not easy) they are very good.Nearly always come before you expect them too. Changed my antennae box last week no charge.
