Digiturk just works, so they don't need to send us e mails with promises like this.

I'm with message 2 no problems with Digiturk in over 6 years that we have been with them.

But is the DOPI TV system actually working now or not? Currently with Dopi but not at home to check at the moment. Everyone knows that Digiturk is really good, no problems, no scrambling etc etc.

But is Dopi actually working at the moment not? Or was that just an email to buy them some time maybe?

Is anyone at home who has Dopi TV to test it?

I have contacted Dopi, and they say new 'unscrambled' system will be available in New Year BUT as they have so many customers (quote 2000!), they will be charging existing customers 50tl to come out and install new software etc as they are having to use subcontractors to get to all their customers Ye!

2000 customers prepared to sign up for another year of very bad service,and pay 50 tl + a years subscription in advance,i don't think so

This is exactly what they said a year ago when the same problem was occurring, only their 'customer base' was not as big as 2000. Are they still offering a month free (in recompense for all the problems) if you sign up for another year...?
