Full Time Property Management Officer Required

An organised self motivated team player with the ability to show attention to detail is required to work with our existing friendly team based near Esentepe.



The job will involve:

Preparing weekly check list sheets for properties

Weekly Property checks (approximately 3 days a week)

To report any necessary repairs to the Office Manager

Monthly reports for the above properties

Filing

Keeping records up to date.



Qualifications needed:

Microsoft office programmes (Excel, Word)

Outlook Express

Must speak fluent Turkish

Must have good written English

A valid driving license is necessary



Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday and 09.00 - 13.00 hrs on Saturdays.
