Does anyone who has purchased at turtle bay have a permit and title deeds ?

Hi jensue if you are referring to Turtle Bay Village then yes one person as far as I know has their Permission to Purchase but not their title deeds yet. Not all the land has been amalgamated by the Land Registry or something like that and this needs to be sorted out by the vendor.
