Does anyone know if there are any figures on how many properties are being sold at present?



And of those, how many are new properties and how many are resales?



I'd really appreciate an answer to this, even if it's only a guess. I'm doing research which ultimately could be very good news to many people who own a property in the north.

My property is only half built (has been so for the last 7 years) hope this helps!



It was allegedly a new property now a tumbled down shack on a ledge!



For your research purposes, how can this be good news for me?

Maybe you could ring all the estate agents and ask them they will know how things are going.
