Due to high demand, North Cove Estates urgently require good quality villas, bungalows and apartments in all areas.

Please send us an e-mail at info@northcoveestates.com to discuss further.

why not try selling the ones you've got on the books before trying to put more on sale ??

when i went to school "high demand" obviously meant something different !

'Quality villas'!

Do you mean dump-it-and-run-merchant 'concrete tents' for which PTP is 'just a formality'?

Tenakoutou;

Give the guys a break please.They didint know any better then,but slowly learning.They now use insulations.

back to topic;

It's just as well I changed my mind about selling,otherwise I'd have still be waiting for you to turn up for valuation,year and a half on...........even if it was to say..........'we don't want to sell your house'.

it's no different here than it is elsewhere in the world. Times are tough and people are struggling. That does not mean there are not people around with the funds available to purchase properties they perceive as a bargain and are priced to sell especially as those properties are already discounted because of the issues with title.

Every spare penny Ive had has been invested in TRNC over the past few years and will be for some time to come. There has never been a better time to buy.

Yorg...."Give the guy's a chance,they now use insulations".Surely in the order of things correctly installed D.P.C. comes first..or is that a decade or so away in the learning curve??I suggest a bit of training in" BASIC BUILDING METHOD'S" of the 21st Century,or may be the 18th, give them time to catch up ... ......

Martin,the people whom had built these houses are capable of building the same LOOKING house over night and prepaired to live in them too.I'm sure they also have "BASIC BUILDING METHODS".Just not the same as what you know.

Have you ever been to Istanbul?Half the buildings there are "GECEKONDU"(built overnight).All they need is a piece of string,piece of straightish wood(to level things out-spirit level) and a trowel.

In turkish,we say 'you cant have a case about f****d a**e'.

by all means,my house is no duifferent.

Yorg....I appreciate what you are saying,but don't you think the vulnerable/ignorant UK buyers should be made aware of these facts by the Estate agents,instead of being led "up the garden path" by the unscrupulousness of builders/estate agents/lawyers here in the TRNC,who purport to be reputable ?

"reputable"!!!

I'm going to put that in same category as "High Demand? Good Quality?"

Yes,I agree with your above comments and I beleive this forum is doing a great job to make others aware as well as stopping anyone geniune from being able to sell.
